Our Story
My story begins like most, I was born into the industry I love…
My father was a landlord and small business owner who taught me at an early age how to repair and keep up with the maintenance on his properties. As time passed, I would pick up remodeling jobs outside of the family business and my passion started to grow. I attended college wanting to design and build, so I majored in Mechanical Engineering. During my studies, I realized that I enjoyed the fundamentals of drafting. So I changed my focus to Computer Aided Design, and it was a perfect fit for me! Upon graduating, I started my career as a CAD Ariel Plant Designer for a large telecommunications company while freelancing residential and mechanical drawings on the side.
Things were going well until 9/11 and life came to an abrupt stop... My 9-5 was gone and all I had was my CAD education, construction skills, and plenty of time. I decided right then and there that the next person to fire me would be myself! So with that determination, my wife and I started Kingdom Building Inc. doing basic home improvements and drafting services. As business grew, clients started requesting design and build services, but they did not have land to build on. The need to find land moved me to continue my studies and receive my real estate license. So I could now add real estate agent to my business credentials. Moving forward with over 20 years of Design, Building, and Real Estate Services, we are here to serve our clients with a true turn-key approach.
None of this would be possible without God’s blessings and the support of my spouse leaving her career as a school teacher to help me pursue my dream. Also, our team would not be complete without all the great professionals who collaborate with us to help serve our clients.
